oh my.
yesterday i actually wanted to blog but i was soooooooooooo tired from ssm.
i simply woke up at 5.30 am to make my hair then reached school at 6.20am.
i was the only one and it was sooooo quiet.
then i slowly put in my stuff, make my hair again until more and more people came along.
then was hair checking etc.
yeah.
passed one more day of hair checking.
oh my.
my hair was like a fake hair that can be pulled out lorr.
hmmmms.
then had the different positions to be explained by group questioning.
then had lunch and was told that my group will start with sugarloaf.
hehe.
YES!
lols.
anyway.
during role play.
being a cashier at sugarloaf is definitely not easy man.
tough tough tough.
had to be damn fast yet the machine was so hard to press.
unlike sentosa's.
hahas.
haven touch the screen already can press.
lols.
then trial trial trial.
then me and ming xue actually wanted to try clearing plates ourselves.
we ended up doing everything with june and mr malik!
hehe.
was SO DAMN HAPPY.
though with a teacher is a lot more stressful and we didn't really simply concentrate on clearing.
but extra tutioning will be good in terms of all aspects.
almost revised all that we have learnt last week.
these stuff really have to be put into practice then we'll know exactly how to do it.
heng ah.
kena mr malik.
lols.
anyway.
will be back there on friday to try with my pinky on if possible.
jia you man!
mr malik!
hope that you can be there!!!
ok... moving on from ssm.
oh my oh my oh my.
"Over 50,000 dead, missing or buried in China quake"
this is simply sooooooooooooo saddening.
my heart goes out to all those who have lost their lives due to the quake.
hmmms.
feel very sad and always had goosebumps and tears in my eyes whenever i watch the news about the quake.
the victims are soo poor thing.
the quake had caused the roads to be destroyed as well, apart from the buildings.
this is a very serious quake.
due to the location.
it has also resulted in high difficulty in saving those victims trapped under the buildings!!
haiis.
saw the news that the army is trying very hard to save as many people as possible within these few days.
this is becos these 2-3 days will be the most critical days for the quake.
the victims trapped under the buildings may be injured and they'll need water and food.
so if no one discover them, they'll have to die.
oh my.
that's so terrible.
i simply can't believe that although we are in the same world, on the same earth.
they are there suffering like siao and yet, i'm here, still nagging about tomoro's lessons.
haiis.
i shall look out for donation drives funding the quake.
oh my.
hope that more people can be saved.
when i saw the news that schools were destroyed i was so shocked.
and my mum actually reminded me.
china has its famous policy.
THE ONE CHILD POLICY.
oh my god.
i cant imagine the pain of losing a child to the parents!
that really hurts.
then in the news just now, a hospital was also destroyed and a father of a baby that's 2 months old was hoping the medical group can find his child.
oh gosh.
so small leh.
2 months old!
haiis.
natural disasters are soo scary.
i'm really fortunate to be able to be in singapore.
though i always complain that it is small,
but i'm always thankful for it being such a safe and clean place for me.
then i went to national geographic website to check out the possible cause and i saw
"Monday's devastating earthquake in central China occurred along a fault where South Asia pushes against the Eurasian land mass, scientists say."
oh my.
this is part of what i learnt almost 3 years ago.
i tot it was so dumb to learn it cos it's like no use.
but now.
actually i think it's still useful for knowing major news.
then i saw this sentence, "when the trembling stops, the disaster is only beginning"
i think it is sooo sooo sooo true.
it's always the after effect that's scary.
haiis.
so dont say "人定胜天"
人can never ever 胜天.
how can we go against the nature?
we'll never win.
till today, even if our science and technology is sooo advanced,
but still, there's still so many things we cant foresee and predict.
for instance, natural disasters.
you know how many people natural disasters can kill each year?
it's not only earthquakes.
it can also be landslides, snowslides, storms, hurricanes, tsunami and so many many more.
so never say you'll win the nature.
you'll never know what will happen the next second.
in my computer, to type my name in chinese i always have to type "汶川" first in order to get the "汶".
i always wondered what's 汶川.
where's 汶川.
but i didn't expect that i'll know what's that till today.
when i saw the news.
where 汶川 is one of the biggest affected area in the quake.
oh my.
everyone.
please try to help ok!
pray hard that there'll be more survivors!
